Another Gen Y phenomenon - alongside Flash Mobs and social media, it's changing the way we communicate and express ourselves artistically.
The worlds media, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook are all saturated with photos, videos and comments.
Wikipedia has it defined as:

"Planking is the action of lying face down with arms to the sides of the body, in unusual public spaces and photographing it. The Planking Australia group on Facebook has announced 25 May 2011 as the inaugural annual Planking Day, to encourage new and group planking."
I think it is artistic and quite amusing - just like our wheelie bin stickers!

Ahhh chief - I love they way I ask you to 'go plank' and within 30 minutes you've planked... uploaded on facebook and blogged about it. Ha ha more please!!!!! If you're really lucky i might do some bin planking in brisvegas on the weekend but don't hold
